How to Recover: If you already have a backup key, simply re-install the authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) and manually enter the key to quickly restore the binding.
📱 Mobile Number / 📧 Email Registration Notes
1. Registering with a Mobile Number
Real-name Verification: Please make sure to use a mobile number registered under your own real name to ensure a smooth subsequent verification process.
Country Code & Restrictions: Please select the correct country/region code. (⚠️ Mobile numbers from Mainland China are currently not accepted for registration).
Changing Numbers: If you need to change your bound mobile number after registration, please contact official customer service for assistance (the operation takes 24 hours to take effect).
Permission Limits: Accounts that are not bound to a mobile number will not be able to perform Identity Verification (KYC) or any trading operations.
2. Registering with an Email Address
Email Selection: Please use your own frequently used email address (such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and ensure it can receive emails normally.
Security Importance: Your email will be used to receive important platform notifications, verification codes, and for password recovery. Please keep your email account and password safe.
✍️ Account Registration Steps (Official Website)
Step 1: Access the Registration Page Visit the www.umx.com official website homepage, click 【Sign Up / Log In】 in the top right corner of the page ➔ select 【Sign Up Now】.

Step 2: Fill in Details & Get Verification Code
Email Registration: Enter a valid email address, click "Get Verification Code", and enter the verification code received in your inbox.
Mobile Registration: Enter your mobile number (make sure to select the correct country code, excluding Mainland China numbers), click "Get Verification Code", and enter the SMS verification code received on your phone.
Step 3: Set Password & Agree to Policies Set your login password (please remember it and ensure its strength), carefully read and check to agree to the User Agreement and related policies, and finally click the 【Sign Up】 button.
Step 4: Complete Identity Verification (KYC) After registration is complete, the system will automatically guide you through Identity Verification (KYC). Please follow the on-screen prompts to submit true and valid identity information to unlock full trading privileges.
