iOS users may submit a deletion request directly within the UMX app by navigating to Me → Security Center → Delete Account, completing the required checks, and confirming the submission. All other users should contact us at cs@umx.com to request account deletion.
Upon submission, account profile information, balances, device records, and API keys will be permanently deleted upon expiry of the 30-day cooling-off period. In accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, identity verification records, transaction history, and deposit/withdrawal records will be retained for the period required by law following account closure.
A 30-day cooling-off period applies after submission, during which you may cancel your deletion request by contacting cs@umx.com. Once the cooling-off period expires, the account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
