How do I reset my login password?

Step 1

Move your mouse over the [Account] icon in the upper right corner.

Web: Move your mouse over the [Account] icon in the upper right corner.

App: Click the [Account] icon in the upper left corner.

Step 3

Click the [Edit] button in the [Account Security] and [Login Password] fields.

Note: To protect your account security, withdrawals will be unavailable for 24 hours after resetting your password.

If you confirm the above settings, click [Confirm] to enter the login password change screen.

Enter your new email address in the field and click [Submit] to receive a verification code via email and SMS.

Once you receive the verification code, enter it in the corresponding field and click [Confirm].

Once you submit your information and confirm it, your email address will be successfully changed.

After receiving the verification code from your ID and email address, enter it in the corresponding fields and click [Confirm].

According to the password reset instructions, enter your new password in the fields, confirm it again, and click [Send].

Once your information is confirmed, your login password will be successfully reset.
