Step1:Access the Deposit Menu
Please access the "Assets" page and click the "Deposit" button after you log in.
Step2:Fill in the Information for Deposit
Enter the "Fiat" deposit page. Select the currency, payment method, and beneficiary bank from the drop-down menu, and then enter the deposit amount. Complete remittance information for the receiving account will then appear.
Standard:No extra verification needed. Ideal for users whose bank does not require same-name matching.
Same-name:Your recipient name will match your platform account name. Note that some banks may require additional verification time.
At this point, you need to log in to your online banking or mobile banking to complete the SWIFT remittance. You can click the copy button on the right to fill in all the receiving account information in your online banking or mobile banking remittance page. Before remitting, please check that your payment account is in the same name as the name of your UMX account, and ensure that your deposit amount is within your single payment limit, daily and monthly deposit limits.
Step3: Upload the Bank Transfer Advice
After clicking "Already transferred", a pop-up window will appear. Please upload your online banking or mobile banking's transfer receipt to be evidence of the bank transfer, regardless of the form—payment advice, account statement, screenshot of the remittance page, transaction details enquiry, etc. The transfer receipt must include: Payer's name, Payer's account number, Beneficiary name, Beneficiary account number, and Transaction ID. Uploading the transfer receipt can speed up the process of your fiat deposit.
Step4: View the Deposit Notification Record
After uploading the transfer receipt, click "Submit". The deposit will appear in "Deposit notifications history" at the bottom of the page.
If you click the left button "Skip" directly on the "Upload receipt" pop-up window, the system will not redirect you to the "Upload receipt" page, and the deposit will not appear in the "Deposit notifications history". If you need to upload the bank receipt or hope to view the deposit notifications history that has been initiated, please repeat steps 2 and 3 above. However, please note that you should not repeat the bank transfer process. You only need to log in to online banking or mobile banking, obtain the bank transfer receipt, and upload it to the UMX platform.
Deposit Operation Recommendations
- Before each top-up, please be sure to check and confirm the latest beneficiary account information on our platform (App/Website).
- Please strictly follow the latest account name, account number, and amount displayed on the platform for transfers.
- Using expired benediciary account may result in transfer failure or delayed fund arrival.
