1. Key Concepts
Before using the platform, please understand these three core IDs:
- pid (Account ID) — The unique number for each account. Viewable on the "Account Management" page.
- uid (Member ID) — The unique number for each team member, shown at the Personal Center entry. One member can be linked to multiple accounts.
- cid (Company ID) — The unique number for an institution. One company can have multiple accounts and members.
When contacting support, provide your pid or uid for quick lookup.
2. Account Management Overview
After registration, the system automatically creates a main account (pid) and a Super Admin (uid). The Super Admin can create sub-accounts, set up account groups, and create API keys for programmatic trading. The sub-account limit is 200, with the count displayed at the top of the page.
A. Account Management
View all accounts with their account number (pid), name, type (Main/Sub), margin mode, and deposit permission. A green dot means deposit is enabled; red means disabled. Click "+ Create Sub-Account" at the top right to add a new one.
B. Account Group Management
Group multiple sub-accounts together for unified viewing and management by business line or strategy. Click "+ Create Account Group" to create a new group.
C. Account API Management
Create and manage account-level API keys with configurable permissions (read-only, trade, withdraw), IP binding, and expiry. Keep your keys secure and never share them.
3. How to Manage Team Members & Permissions
The Super Admin manages roles and members under the "Team" menu. Five default roles are provided (Super Admin, Admin, Trader, Finance, Auditor). Click "+ Create Role" to define custom roles if needed. To invite a member, enter their email, assign a role, and link specific accounts (pid). The invitee completes registration via email to join the team.
A. Role Management
View all roles and their permissions. The Super Admin has full permissions and bypasses all approvals. Other roles can be edited or viewed. Click "+ Create Role" at the top right to add a custom role.
B. Member Management
View all members' email, role, account status, and identity verification. Click "+ Invite Member" to add someone by email with a role and linked accounts. Pending members can have their link refreshed or be removed; active members can be edited or suspended.
C. Member API Management
Manage API keys created by team members. View member name, note, API Key, permissions, and status. The institution can hold up to 50 active API keys. Click "+ Create API" to add a new key.
4. How to Set Up Approval Processes
Under "Process Management", configure approval requirements for withdrawals, intra-account transfers, and inter-account transfers. Click "Edit" to set rules by amount (e.g., no approval below a threshold), time limits, and approver count. Requests not approved in time are automatically voided. "Approval Management" is where you process and review current and historical records.
A. Process Management
The page has two tabs: "Fund Management" and "Account & Enterprise Management". Click "Edit" to configure amount thresholds, general approvers, and mandatory approvers. General approvers are anyone with approval permission; mandatory approvers must always participate.
B. Approval Management
View and handle approval requests. "Current Approvals" shows pending items; "Historical Approvals" lets you review past records. Filter by type and date range.
