一、What is Deposit？

Depositing crypto assets from an external wallet or exchange to the Xcoin platform is similar to transferring funds between e-wallets and other platforms. For example, when transferring funds from Alipay to WeChat, you need to provide the other party's payment code and verification information. This process of providing payment information and waiting for the funds to arrive is similar to the deposit mechanism.

Please note:

• Most assets require a dedicated deposit address.
• Some currencies (such as XRP and EOS) require additional tags (Tag/Memo).
• Ensure that both the "Currency Type" and "Blockchain Network" match.

二、Tutorial 

1. Get a dedicated deposit address
   1. Step Navigation：
      • Log in to the XCON platform → Click [Asset Overview] on the left menu bar.
      • Find the [Deposit] button at the top of the Assets page.
      • Select the account or sub-account to deposit funds to.
      • Select the currency "ETH" → Select the corresponding network (e.g., ERC-20).
      • Copy the generated deposit address (the 42 characters starting with 0x, see the image below).

1. Key points of the interface: ① You can view the current ETH balance on the [Asset Overview] page (refer to the "Asset Distribution" module in the screenshot) ② If identity authentication is not completed, you must first complete the verification in [Account] → [Identity Authentication]

2. Withdrawing coins from external platforms to Xcoin
   1. Log in to the source exchange (e.g., Binance) → Go to the [Withdraw] page
   2. Select "ETH" → The network type must match the one selected for XCON (e.g., both are ERC-20)
   3. Paste the copied XCON deposit address → Verify the address characters
   4. If a tag is required (e.g., for XRP deposits), enter the Memo/Dest.Tag provided by XCON on the target platform.
3. Tracking the status of the account
   1. Return to the Xcoin platform → Go to [Orders] → [Fund Flow] → [Deposit History] on the left menu.
   2. Check your ETH deposit progress:
   3. Pending: The block has not reached the minimum number of confirmations (ERC-20 requires 6 confirmations).
   4. Delivered: The asset will appear under "ETH Balance" in the [Asset Overview].
   5. You can view details on a blockchain explorer (such as Etherscan) by using the [Transaction Hash].

三、Precautions

1. Address verification：
   1. The [Account Security] module requires pre-binding for two-factor authentication (e.g., Google Authenticator).
   2. Before your first deposit, be sure to perform a 1 USDT test using the [Mastering Small Asset Operations] guide.
2. Network Matching：
   1. Error case: If you select the ERC-20 network in Xcoin, but the external platform uses TRC-20 to withdraw coins → assets are permanently lost
3. Tag required：
   1. Memo information for tokens that require tags (such as XRP) must be entered in a separate field on the external platform.

• Delayed arrival: Check the transaction status in your [Deposit History]. If it shows "Confirming," this is normal (refer to each network's confirmation timeline).
• Incorrect address: Immediately contact customer service on both platforms and provide the transaction hash from your [Fund Flow].
