How do I add a withdrawal address?

To ensure account security, the Xcoin platform only allows withdrawals to addresses that have been added to your address book. Please follow the steps below to add a new withdrawal address:

1. Enter address book management

  1. Log in to the Xcoin platform.
  2. In the left menu, click [Funds] → [Withdraw] → [Manage Address Book].
  3. Click the [+ Add Address] button in the upper-right corner of the page.
 

2. Fill in address information

  1. Select the address type: "Personal Wallet" or "Exchange Platform."
  2. Select the currency (e.g., ETH).
  3. (Optional) Check "Save as Universal Address" if this address supports withdrawals in multiple currencies.
  4. Select the network (e.g., Ethereum, TRC20, etc.).
  5. Select the verification method (e.g., Deposit Verification).
  6. Enter the deposit verification amount as prompted.
  7. Click [Next].
 

 

3. Address Verification and Security Authentication

  1. Follow the on-page prompts to complete the corresponding security verification (such as Google Authenticator, email verification code, etc.).
 
  1. If you select "Deposit Verification", the system will generate a specified amount. You need to deposit this amount from the target wallet to the deposit address specified by the platform to verify the ownership of the address.
 
  1. After the recharge is completed, the platform will detect the account and complete the address addition.

 

4. Precautions

  • Newly added withdrawal addresses will be unavailable for withdrawals for 24 hours (security lock period).
  • Please ensure you verify the currency and network. Mistakes will result in irrecoverable loss of your assets.
  • Only addresses in your address book can be used for withdrawals. Please verify before adding a new address.
