How to Convert UMX RWA Stock Tokens to Shares (Token-to-Stock)

UMX has launched the Token-to-Stock feature. Users who hold stock tokens can convert them back into the corresponding actual U.S. shares, which will be deposited into their UMX Securities account, restoring full shareholder rights.
 

What Is Token-to-Stock?

Token-to-Stock is the reverse of Stock-to-Token — it converts the stock tokens you hold into the corresponding actual U.S. shares and deposits them into your UMX Securities account.
After conversion, you will once again hold actual shares, entitling you to:
  • Full shareholder rights in the underlying company (including voting rights)
  • Direct receipt of future dividends
  • Trading of actual shares through your Securities account

How to Perform a Token-to-Stock Conversion

  1. Log in to your UMX account and go to the Assets page.
  2. Select the stock tokens you wish to convert and the corresponding quantity, click the Token-to-Stock function, then submit your conversion request.

Important Notes

  1. The Token-to-Stock feature is only available to users who have completed account verification on both the UMX crypto account and the UMX Securities account, and who hold the corresponding stock tokens.
  2. During certain corporate action processing periods, the Token-to-Stock feature may be temporarily suspended.
  3. If your tokens are being used as margin, please ensure the corresponding margin is released before initiating a Token-to-Stock conversion.
  4. There are currently no conversion fees for Token-to-Stock. Other fees are subject to the final terms of each product.

Terms and Conditions

Stock tokens are tokenized securities representing synthetic economic exposure to the underlying shares. They do not represent direct ownership of the relevant stock, and holders do not have voting rights. Conversion operations are subject to the platform's Terms of Service and the issuer's relevant RWA Terms of Service. A user's country or region of residence may affect their access to this feature. Users must complete account verification and satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements of the platform before using this feature.
