4. Register - Click "Register"
5. Enter your registered email address or mobile number in the "Email/Mobile Number (excluding international area code)" field (mobile numbers are not currently supported in some regions, such as China; email is recommended).
6. After entering your registered email address or mobile number, click "Agree."
7. Click "Agree" and click "Next."
8. Enter the verification code received in your email.
9. Create a password according to the password requirements.
10. Click "Next" if the password requirements are met.
11. You will need to install Google Authenticator on your phone. After installing, scan the QR code. If the scan fails, you can directly enter the key settings below the QR code.
12. Use Google Authenticator to bind your location.
13. After binding, enter the verification code and click "Submit."
14. After logging in, proceed to the trading homepage. You can find your User ID (UID) as shown in the icon in the upper right corner.
15. Click "Account" to enter your User Profile page.
16. On the User Profile page, proceed to the User KYC (Know Your Customer Service) verification process. For individual user verification, click "Verify Now." For institutional user verification, please contact your dedicated account manager or email bd-team@xcoin.com. Your account manager will contact you to complete your institutional verification.
17. After completing the individual verification process, fill in your personal information as required.
18. After completing the basic information, click "Continue, Next."
19. After completing your address information, click "Continue, Next."
20. After completing the supplementary information, click "Continue, Next."
21. After confirming your information, click "Continue, Next."
22. Please read the "User Agreement" and "Terms of Service" and click "Agree to All."
23. Please sign in the "Acceptable Signature" field. Please note that the signature style must be consistent for acceptance.
24. Once completed, please click "Confirm, Submit."
25. After completing and submitting the verification, the personal verification status will be "Under Review." Once the backend is verified, you can trade. The KYC personal verification review process takes approximately 3-5 days. If you are required to provide additional information, you will receive a notification via email.
