The UID you see at the Personal Center entrance represents the current user, not the account. If you want to find your account ID or PID, please click on the Account Management page and search for the corresponding account ID.
When you apply for a PX account, the system automatically generates a master account ID and a super administrator for that account. The default login is super administrator. Super administrators can create more accounts through account management and invite more team members through team management, matching team member/UIDs with accounts/PIDs.
When contacting customer service, please be sure to provide your current PID or UID so that they can locate it.
Team Management
The default login when registering an account is the Super Administrator. Click Team in the Super Administrator's Personal Center to enter the Team Management Center. The default roles are: Super Administrator, Administrator, Trader, Finance, Auditor. Click View to see the permissions of each role. If it does not meet your needs, you can edit or create a new role.
Member Management
- Click Member Management to invite new members.
- Enter the email address of the invited member and assign the corresponding permissions. Select from existing roles. You can also assign a custom account to this member.
- Invited members will receive an email and need to fill in their personal information.
Process Management
- In the process management section, you can set processes that require approval, such as withdrawals. Click Edit.
- You can set approval processes based on withdrawal amounts, such as requiring no approval for withdrawals below a certain amount and requiring approval for withdrawals above that amount.
- Approval time limit: If the approval is not completed within the approval time limit, the application will be invalidated.
- General approvers refer to anyone with approval authority. Here, you will be reminded of how many members have this approval authority for easy setting. Necessary approvers are necessary approvers. The number of general approvers includes necessary approvers. If there is only one person with approval authority, but two general approvers are set, the system will automatically detect that the approval is passed when there are no more members with approval authority.
