1. What is coin withdrawal??
Withdrawal refers to transferring your crypto assets from the Xcoin platform to another exchange or personal wallet. This process is similar to a bank transfer, for example, transferring funds from Bank A to Bank B. When withdrawing, you must provide the receiving address of the destination wallet/exchange and ensure that the information is correct.
Important Note:
For each withdrawal, ensure the destination address matches the blockchain network.
Some currencies (such as XRP and EOS) require additional Memo or Tag fields.
Please ensure that you have completed identity verification and security settings before withdrawing.
2. Tutorial

4. Precautions
▌ Operational risk avoidance
- Address Verification: Be sure to verify the target address and network. Try a small test each time.
- Network Compatibility: If you choose ERC-20 for withdrawals, the target platform must also support ERC-20. Otherwise, your assets may be lost.
- Required Tags: Some currencies require a Memo/Tag. Missing or incorrectly entering this field will result in unacceptable transfer of funds.
▌ Fees and Limits
- Each withdrawal will incur a fee, which will be displayed before submission.
- The minimum withdrawal limits for different currencies and networks can be found on the page.
▌ Exception Handling Guidelines
- Delayed Fund Arrival: If the blockchain has been confirmed but the other party has not received the funds, contact the other party's platform and provide the TxID.
- Incorrect Address: Blockchain transfers are irreversible. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact customer service immediately and provide the TxID and withdrawal details.
